Chickpea Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a growing pub group with rooms and pizza spots in the Southwest. You will cook high-quality dishes, learn under senior chefs, and help maintain hygiene standards in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen or hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistency and care.
• Learning from and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to build your culinary skills.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Help mentor and train junior kitchen team members.
• Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient, and stocked.
• Taking pride in presentation and ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing.
• Working as part of a passionate team to deliver top-notch dining experiences.
