Chickpea Group is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing pubs-with-rooms and pizza spots across the Southwest. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop culinary skills, deliver consistent high-quality dishes, and uphold strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistency and care.
• Learning from and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to build your culinary skills.

• Help mentor and train junior kitchen team members.
• Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient, and stocked.
• Taking pride in presentation and ensuring every plate looks and tastes amazing.
