King Street Brew House Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to prepare high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming team and help develop new daily specials.

You’ll bring passion for great food, hands-on kitchen leadership, and the energy to maintain service standards while contributing to GP and labour controls. A friendly, beer-loving environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Working alongside Head Chef, you will design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain GP and labour.
• Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
