Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef seeking progression.
• Demonstrates passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Help maintain quality standards and consistent service.
• Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour.
