Spring Grove is a dog-friendly pub in Kingston upon Thames, serving premium ales, craft beer, award-winning wines and classic British dishes. It offers a lively beer garden, bookable spaces and hosts celebrations close to Fairfield Park.

The venue is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, contribute to new menus, train with the CDP development programme and enjoy benefits including free meals and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a kitchen brigade.
• Willingness to learn and adapt under Head Chef guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist Head Chef and supervise line during service.
• Contribute to menu creation and daily specials with creative input.
• Maintain strong organisation to control GP and labour costs.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
