The Haycutter, a Brunning & Price pub set between Oxted, Hurst Green and Tandridge, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We serve fresh, seasonal dishes in a welcoming, home‑from‑home atmosphere.

As Chef de Partie you’ll lead your section, support the Head Chef and collaborate with the wider team while developing your skills. We offer training and progression across the estate, free meals on shift, staff discounts, pension, cycle-to-work and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• As a Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your section, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
