Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to work across all areas of the kitchen and support our Sous Chefs and Head Chef. If you’re passionate about fresh food cookery, this role could be a great fit.

We are a growing family of pubs with a culture that values individuality and local community, offering a basic salary up to £32,000 plus tronc, overtime, tips, and a range of wellbeing and development benefits. Weekly pay options are also available.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or Chef de Partie.
• Passionate about fresh food cookery.
• Ability to work across all kitchen areas and support senior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Help manage kitchen workflow during service.
