Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited, a family of 79 pubs, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen and support the Head Chef and Sous, across all areas of the kitchen.

Basic up to 32,000 per year, plus tronc and paid overtime. We also offer free meals on shift, 30% staff discount, Nest pension, cycle to work and weekly pay. We promote growth, with development programmes and opportunities to move between our pubs for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or in a related kitchen role.
• Experience in a restaurant, gastro pub or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
