Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our family of pubs, delivering high-quality dishes across the kitchen.

You’ll work across all areas, supporting the sous chefs and head chef, with a focus on fresh cookery and maintaining standards. We offer up to £31,000 plus tronc, overtime, free meals on shift, 30% staff discount, Nest pension, cycle to work and a £1,000 referral bonus for bringing in new managers or chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef in a restaurant, gastro pub or wider hospitality sector.
• Supportive role to sous chefs and head chef across all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities
