Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will work on multiple sections, follow recipes, and deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with TRONC, On Target Earnings £15–£15.50 per hour including TRONC, plus training, benefits, and staff discounts. Minimum 3–4 years in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques preferred.

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
