Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment seeks a Chef de Partie for a busy Bedford pub with rooms. The role covers all fresh food, working across kitchen sections and supporting the Head Chef. 45 hours per week, five days from seven, with meals provided and uniform supplied.

A rosette‑level kitchen environment is expected and high standards are required. You will manage your section, handle ordering, and prepare lunch and dinner services with experience in rosette settings preferred.

Qualifications

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant.
• Ability to work on each section
• Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Responsibilities

• Working on each section of the kitchen
• Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
• Managing and ordering for your own section
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
