Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent culinary qualification.
• Experience in a busy kitchen environment (hotel/restaurant).
• Food Safety certification or willingness to complete via eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Lead on food production to maintain quality and reduce wastage.
• Prepare fresh dishes for workplace dining facilities and events.
• Assist with stock checks, analysis, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
