Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team at Aldergrove Flying Station. You will work with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals, maintain brand standards and minimise wastage in a demanding dining environment.

This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with early shift times. Applicants should have relevant culinary qualifications and be prepared for DBS and security checks as part of our safeguarding process.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification.
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
• Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via online e‑learning).
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• DBS and security checks required.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.
• Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
• Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
• Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertaking relevant training as required.
