Job summary

Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our Northwood HQ team in Hertfordshire. You will work across three on-site kitchens, delivering food to high standards and supporting smooth operation.

The role requires a relevant culinary qualification, kitchen experience, and a valid DBS check. You will report to the Head Chef and help manage food production, minimize wastage, and ensure brand standards, with shifts between early and evening hours.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification.
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
• Certificate in food safety, or willingness to obtain via our online e-learning.
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• DBS and security checks required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head Chef and collaborate with teams on food production to minimise wastage and maintain quality.
• Prepare food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
• Assist the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Undertake relevant training as required.
