Job summary

Premium Restaurant Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join one of the UK’s most exciting restaurant groups in Oxford. You will take ownership of your section, work with a senior kitchen team, and contribute to delivering high standards in a fast-paced, fresh-food operation.

This role offers £44,000 per year plus paid overtime, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities across sites within the group; Christmas Day and Boxing Day off, Wagestream access.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-led restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Passion for fresh food and seasonal produce.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Team player who thrives in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and help maintain high service standards.
