Contract Options in Witney, Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a permanent, daytime role. The position offers a stable contract catering environment, with regular hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm and no weekend work.

You will work with a Head Chef, delivering fresh, from-scratch dishes, supervising kitchen staff, assisting with orders, and helping control food costs. Own transport is essential for this role.

• Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills.

The Role as a Chef de Partie

Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll help deliver fresh, high-quality food from scratch across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.

You’ll also supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required.
