The Ivy Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a kitchen station and work with the prep team to meet daily par levels while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

You will join a renowned fine-dining team with a focus on precision, teamwork, and consistent service in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay with tronc and a minimum 20-hour contract are provided, plus staff discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic culinary techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock their assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct daily par levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
