Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee a specific kitchen section alongside our prep team, ensuring daily par levels are met and dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication, collaborate with senior chefs, and contribute to a supportive team that values development, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and basic food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock assigned section with supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct daily par levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
• Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
