The Alexander Hotel Collection's Barnett Hill Hotel in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join a 2 Rosette team. You will work across Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Banqueting, Room Service and Afternoon Tea, ensuring high standards and timely service.

With a 42-hour week over five shifts, you will use fresh local produce and help develop menus while supporting a busy kitchen. Live locally or relocate with transport; great benefits and career growth available.

Competenze

• Produce plated dishes to a 2 rosette standard.
• Ability to manage multi-menu requirements and busy banqueting.
• Demonstrate flair and creativity in menu development.
• Live locally or be willing to relocate with own transport.

Mansioni

• Produce food for all service periods in Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Banqueting, Room Service and Afternoon Tea.
• Prepare, production and service of food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Use fresh local seasonal produce with some grown in our small kitchen garden.
• Assist with daily/weekly orders for food and kitchen supplies adhering to stock control procedures.
• Be responsible for receiving and storing of all relevant food and non food items.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef with daily menu planning and composition as required.
• Depuitse for Head/Sous Chef in their absence, supervising kitchen team.
• Promote teamwork and communication amongst colleagues and other departments.
• Carry out daily cleaning duties and follow a 'clean as you go' policy.
