Job summary

The Bunch of Grapes pub near London Bridge in Southwark seeks a passionate Chef de Partie to join a welcoming kitchen that champions quality fresh food. You will work directly with the Head Chef and lead sections, maintaining high standards and consistency across dishes.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef seeking the next step.
• Demonstrate a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Work with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food consistently.
• Be an active hands-on kitchen leader with strong communication.
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to drive sales.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
• Maintain good planning and organisation to control GP and labour.
