The Coach & Horses, Kew, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen renowned for quality seasonal produce and warm hospitality in a modernised Georgian setting. You will work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards while contributing to evolving menus and daily specials.

Qualifications

• Has experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Willing to learn new skills, strong communication.
• Help design and deliver new dishes and daily specials with Head Chef.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls.
• Pro-active in driving sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
