Young's Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily operations and contribute to menu development and specials.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced experience in a busy kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP basics.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.
• As the successful Chef de Partie you will: champion excellent service through quality food, deliver fantastic food every time, work hands-on as Kitchen Supervisor, learn new skills, collaborate with the team, help design new dishes for menus and daily specials, plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls, and drive sales and growth with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
