The Stables Whitby, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering high-quality dishes with presentation and attention to detail.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance, working closely with colleagues in kitchen, front-of-house and management to maintain high standards and a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.
• Strong presentation and attention to detail in plating and service.
• Solid food safety, storage and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to a high standard and manage your station.
• Oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation and policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams.
