Qualifications

• Existing Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
