Job summary

Heacham Manor Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist in the efficient running of the kitchen and support with food preparation across service periods. You will work as part of the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

The post holder will report to the Head Chef and contribute to delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company procedures and safety guidelines. A flexible schedule and team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate required.
• Previous Commis or Chef de Partie experience preferred.
• Teamwork skills and ability to act as public face of the business.
• Computer literacy required for everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure cleaning standards and safety procedures are followed daily.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and Safer Food Better Business guidelines.
• Support F&B operations in day-to-day kitchen activities.
• Complete in-house training and participate in team meetings.
