Job summary

Heacham Manor Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen on the North West Norfolk coast. You will work as part of a skilled kitchen team, preparing and plating meals for all service periods while upholding our high standards.

You will ensure food safety and cleanliness, assist with day-to-day operations, and contribute to delivering excellent guest experiences in a Grade II-listed country house setting. Flexible weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification is required.
• Previous Commis or Chef de Partie experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Computer literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and correct portioning.
• Ensure cleaning and food safety procedures are followed.
• Support F&B operations and kitchen teams as needed.
