Job summary

The Club Company is recruiting a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team at one of our premium golf and country clubs in the UK. You will work under the Head and Sous Chefs to deliver high standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety, maintaining cleanliness across kitchen sections, managing stock, and supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives. Evening availability for functions is typical.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Prepare and serve food to specification.
• Supervise staff and manage stock.
• Minimise waste and contribute to departmental goals.
