Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at one of our premium golf and country clubs in the UK. You will work alongside the Head and Sous Chef to achieve high food production standards, ensure safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness across kitchen sections.

You’ll supervise staff, assist during busy periods, and help reduce waste. Ideal candidates have strong hospitality experience, GCSE or equivalent and Food Safety qualifications, plus a track record

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and maintain highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and cleanliness across kitchen areas.
• Prepare and serve food to specification, supervise staff and manage stock.
• Assist during busy periods and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
