Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Chef de Partie in Birmingham to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook dishes to recipes, manage your station, and ensure food safety and high presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Station Management – oversee your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate with team and assist colleagues.
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef on new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
