Job summary

The Hand and Spear in Weybridge is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join its friendly kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, delivering high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming gastro-pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong progression from Commis Chef.
• Passion for delivering quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn, work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food consistently.
• Work hands-on as Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Be proactive in learning new skills and collaborating with the team.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging kitchen and front-of-house teams.
