Job summary

WSH Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team in London. You will be an ambassador for the brand, supporting the Head Chef and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Benefits include chef whites, meals on shift, and access to staff discounts and the WSH chef academy.

Salary is £16 per hour. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, assisting at events, and ensuring health, hygiene and safety compliance across venues.

Qualifications

• Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in working with in a team.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• To prepare food to a high standard in any area required by the senior chef.
• To assist in any extra functions.
• To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
• To ensure smooth running of daily operations.
• Hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
• Staff food standards.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy.
• To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
• Any other reasonable request of Senior Management.
