SWAY London is hiring a Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced venue. You will work alongside the HeadChef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and adherence to recipes and standards.

The role requires previous Chef de Partie experience, strong cooking skills, and solid knowledge of food hygiene and allergen handling. Evening and weekend shifts are required in this vibrant London venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and allergen requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section, ensuring efficient preparation and service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with SWAY London's recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation at all times.
• Follow all food safety procedures, including correct food storage, temperature control, stock rotation and allergen management.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, deliveries and monitoring food wastage.
