Bankside Hotel in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section, supervise junior chefs, and ensure service standards. You will manage prep, stock, waste, and health and safety compliance while supporting the Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dishes.

This full-time role offers a base salary of £32,960 with a Company Tronc Scheme and access to Marriott discounts and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good level of English.
• Interest in culinary and cooking.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards.
• Ensure preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service.
• Keep a good stock of inventory and manage waste in best practice.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside.
