Job summary

HtE Recruitment Limited is seeking a daytime chef de partie within driving distance of Eastbourne, covering prep, plated high-end breakfasts and lunches. It operates with fixed days off, and on-site parking is available. You must drive to reach the location.

The role focuses on three main areas: high-quality breakfasts plated to order (Thu–Sun), midweek kitchen prep, and lunches in a Bistro-style restaurant. A valid driver’s licence and passion for local, high-end ingredients are essential.

• Must be able to drive a car to reach the location.

Responsibilities

• Cover prep, plated high-end breakfast items and lunches.
• Work on breakfast plated to order Thursday to Sunday.
• Wednesday is prep day; after 11am assist in prepping and cooking lunches for the Bistro-style restaurant.
• Perform standard chef de partie duties as part of the kitchen team.

DAYTIME chef de partie, within driving distance of eastbourne. you will cover prep, plated highend breakfast items and lunches. off on a monday and tuesday, wednesday is prep day and thursday to sunday is 7am to 4pm. This role gives a great balance, due to the location, you must drive.

The role

As a chef de partie you will be part of 3 main area, the 1st is the high quality breakfasts which are plated and cooked to order [thurs-sun], you will be involved on a wednesday with prep for the kitchen and events they do, on the other days after 11am you will be involved in prep and cooking for lunches in the bistro style restaurant. this role includes all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience

We are looking for a fresh food chef de partie with good knife skills, who can drive, passion for local high end ingredients.
