Chef de Partie (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant and wedding / function / events venue, located close to Tunbridge Wells.

Candidate Profile

As Chef de Partie the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends.

Key Responsibilities

The role of Chef de Partie will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
