• Support Head Chef in menu development and daily specials.

• Coach and collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Demonstrate creativity in plating and portion control.
• Monitor GP and labour costs with proactive planning.
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience through consistent service.
