Job summary

The Coat & Badge in London’s Putney area is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a welcoming kitchen team. You will work under Head Chef Raf to produce high-quality, fresh British pub dishes with a focus on consistency and service.

You will be a hands-on, creative cook who enjoys collaboration with front-of-house and the rest of the team. This role offers development opportunities through internal progression and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking the next step.
• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player.
• Able to design and deliver new dishes with the Head Chef.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour.
• Pro-active in driving sales and growth through kitchen-front collaboration.
