Coat & Badge in Putney is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a friendly kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes and contribute to daily specials in a pub setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Help maintain GP and labour controls through planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front of house teams.
