Job summary

BaxterStorey UK is seeking a Chef de Partie for Beeston, Nottingham area. You will prepare, cook and plate dishes to the head chef's recipes, manage your station, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with AM & PM shifts. This role offers training and development opportunities, meals on shift, and a supportive team focused on growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Works in line with BaxterStorey core values.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – prepare, cook & serve dishes to recipes and standards.
• Station Management – oversee production and maintain designated area.
• Quality Control – ensure high quality, presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with team members.
• Menu Development – assist in developing and tasting new recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen area clean and equipment in order.
