Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Leeds hotel kitchen team on a 4-month contract. You will lead a section, craft high-quality dishes, and ensure consistent presentation and taste across every service.

Ideal candidates bring proven kitchen experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for food safety. You will collaborate with the brigade, help with stock and menu development, and contribute to a dynamic dining operation at our hotel in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a Chef de Partie role or similar.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high-paced service.
• Creativity and attention to plating and presentation.
• Team spirit to support the brigade and maintain standards.
• Dedication to cleanliness, food safety and health regulations.

• Keep the kitchen flowing smoothly by prepping and organising like a pro, so every service is seamless.
• Work closely with the kitchen team, communicating with precision to deliver dishes on time.
• Maintain a pristine workspace, from your station to the tools you use – cleanliness is key.
• Help monitor stock levels, so we’re always ready to serve up favourites without a hitch.
• Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
