Qualifications

• Proven experience in fresh food preparation.
• Excellent understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for flavour and great hot counter presentation.
• Confidence to work independently and take ownership of the service; proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
