Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Winchester. You will prepare and cook dishes to our recipes and standards, manage your station, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout service.

You will contribute to quality presentation, collaborate with colleagues, assist in menu development, and help maintain kitchen equipment while upholding BaxterStorey values and pace in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
