Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will maintain high standards of quality and consistency while mentoring junior team members.

This role offers opportunities to develop culinary skills, work with seasonal ingredients, and contribute to ongoing menu creativity within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for food with a creative flair and high standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations; Level 2 certificate.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.
• Collaborate to develop new dishes and menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee your section, maintain cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
• Assist in stock management and minimize waste.
• Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Support service readiness with Head Chef during busy periods.
