YOUR SKILLS:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie - Cold or similar in a busy restaurant is required
• Experience working professionally with Italian Cuisine is preferred
• Experience managing a small team
• Intermediate level English is essential, any level of Italian is a plus!
• Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit
