Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. YOUR MISSION:

1. You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
2. You will oversee the cold section and preparation of cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate.
3. You will onboard and train new cold section and prep chefs, working closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth operation.
4. You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
5. You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!
6. You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards customers, help colleagues during service, and demonstrate a problem solver attitude.

YOUR SKILLS:
