Atlantic Kingdom Limited is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to work in our property Harrow Restaurant located in HARROW 27 High Street Killarney Co. Kerry V93 K164. The Chef de Partie must assist the Sous Chef in ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of areas of responsibility in the hot kitchen. Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved; prepare food either in the cold section (cold starters/appetizers) or in one station of the hot section (either pan, grill, fryer, or oven) / hot appetizers or garnish or main course and oversee the preparation of the mise en place in his station.
