Chef De Partie Monday-Friday - London

Location: EC1N 2HT

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 6:30/7:00-14:30/15:00

Rate of pay: £15.00 per hour

Here’s what you need to know before applying:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Head Chef with the preparation and cooking of hot, cold, and bulk menu items according to production plans, ensuring consistency and high quality across all dishes.
  • Accurately portion, label, and pack food items—hot, cold, and salads (both simple and composite)—ensuring they are delivery-ready and meet safety and quality standards.
  • Execute dishes based on the menu and production guidelines set by the Head Chef, including preparations for functions and special dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in line with food safety and hygiene regulations, supporting smooth day-to-day CPU operations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and communicate clearly with the Head Chef and site leadership, providing updates on prep status, issues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
