Job summary

The Vale Resort in Pontyclun, Wales, invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on consistent hygiene, safety, and high standards across all kitchen areas for guests and staff alike.

You will work on all areas of food preparation—from buffets and afternoon teas to bar food, banqueting, and à la carte service in our AA Rosette restaurant. HACCP and allergen controls are essential requirements in our kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing all types of food including buffets, afternoon teas, bar food, banqueting and A La carte.
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergens control within a food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen areas.
• Prepare and present dishes for various service formats including buffets and alacarte menus.
