What’s involved?
A Chef de Partie is required to join and make up a skilled team of 5. The position would suit a Chef de Partie with an appetite for using the very best & freshest locally sourced ingredients. Working under the direction of the Head & Sous chef you will be trained to run & maintain your section as well as be able to work in all areas of the kitchen.
