Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie

KPI Recruiting is seeking a Chef De Partie for our client in Arbroath.

Working Hours and Days

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• 37.5 hours per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours

Salary

• GBP 16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Maintaining food hygiene practices
• Upholding food quality and standards for all dishes
• Ensuring the kitchen complies with sanitary and food safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (required)
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and presentation skills
